check out the consignment :when received the authorised L / C , All foreign trade companies and enterprises in Complete preparation of goods, that according to the L/C and contract in the terms of shipment, commodity, amount, and the date of shipment to fill in the Consignment note and provide relevant documents to the freight company as the basis for booking flights.
Arrange the cargo : Receiving the Consignment note and related documents, according to the loading principle, character of the goods, amount of freight, freight forwarder will book cargo space with CAAC for the corresponding flights, , following the airline will issue the air waybill .
Loading cargo:loading machine, the forwarding agent will be on behalf of the commercial company and Industrial and trade enterprises to pick up the cargo from warehouse to delivery to airport according to the flight schedule, the forwarding agent will depend on the shipping documents to delivery to the nominated warehouse and waiting for the flight to departure
Issue the air way bill : After finished the goods loading , MB/L would be issued by the airlines, air waybill contains three originals and twelve copies. For three originals, the first is given to the shipper , the second will be retained by the agent and the third one will be handed over to consignee. For the twelve copies will be used for customs clearance, financial settlement, foreign agent, transit shipment etc. Releasing the shipping notice ,after the goods installation , the seller could send the shipment notification to the buyer to prepare the payment, take delivery of the goods.
